Vibrant cherry and red berry perfumes, with raspberry and blueberry notes. Tertiary perfumes are evident with spicy notes of black pepper, cloves and cinnamon. Multi-layered and closely knit.
PALATE
Structured and powerful, the perfume carries through to the palate, with a fresh, spiced, fruit-driven character tempered by balsamic notes.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature with their own indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
AGEING
The wine ages in concrete vats and large non-toasted barrels for a few months and then refines in the bottle.
