Intense ruby red in colour with beautiful violet glints.
NOSE
Vibrant cherry and red berry perfumes, with redcurrant, raspberry and blueberry notes. Hints of green bell peppers complete the complex aromatic profile.
PALATE
Structured with a soft, generous character and long finish, the fruit character on the nose is carried through to the palate.
VINIFICATION
The grapes are de-stemmed and crushed, then fermented in concrete tanks at a controlled temperature with their own indigenous yeasts. Malolactic fermentation occurs spontaneously.
AGEING
The wine is aged in concrete vats and large non-toasted barrels for a few months.
